Waterford Key2Coaching Saturday February 5th. 2011

Waterford Ladies Gaelic Football board held a Key2Coaching workshop at the splendid facilities at Ballymacarbry, Co. Waterford on Saturday February 5th.

A total of 25 club coaches participated in the workshop with top coach Michael Ryan putting the County u16 players through a "typical" team training session. Mick Myers tutored the club coaches and highlighted the training techniques applied by Michael throughout the session.

Thanks to Kate Ryan who provided refreshments ably assisted by Chrissy Horkan ensuring all attending were well looked after.
