ATTENTION ALL POST PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

herules governing ladies Gaelic football shall apply to the Post Primary Competition’s RULE 132 and may be downloaded at www.munsterladiesgaelic.ie

Post Primary schools MUST register/affiliate each competing team as per RULE 133 (registration forms home page Post Primary section) and pay appropriate fee per team RULE 138

FAILURE to register/affiliate, may result in your SCHOOLS participation declared null and void

Competitions at
A, B & C grades, the winner of each grade go on to represent the Province at All Ireland level,  

Rule 136
In order to qualify for the official Schools competition a player must be:
(a) Attending a class in the school for 3 hours a day
(a) She must have an average monthly attendance of 13 days prior to the game
(b) Under 16 on
July1 of the school year to compete in the junior competition
(c) Under 20 years of age on July 1 of the school year for the senior competition
(d) College identity cards should be available for inspection on request

Fixtures MUST be played
by confirmed date as decided by the committee, responsibility of both schools involved in any fixture to make contact arrange and play game at venue suitable to schools (neutral venue) unless otherwise agreed by both schools

Schools who do not cooperate with the fixtures list
may forfeit their place in the competition

Unlimited subs in all pool (group games) only
in 15 a side competitions

Schools to appoint referees
ONLY from the approved list (www.munsterladiesgaelic.ie home page under PP Section)

Schools having problems acquiring an approved referee MUST contact the office and assistance will be provided, failure to do so MAY entail fixture NULL and VOID

Schools must submit Team lists in duplicate to the referee
as per rule 375, Failure to furnish the Team List shall entail loss of the game, which shall be awarded to the opposing team as per rule 376

Referees to be appointed by the committee at knock out stages of each competition

Referees to be paid
by both schools a fee of €20 (failure of any school to pay the referee could determine further participation)

All games extra time at
KNOCK OUT stages of competitions unless Committee decide otherwise

Each school pay pitch caretaker €10 each as token of appreciation for opening and ensuring venue lined accordingly

It is the responsibility of each winning school along with the referee to
TEXT the final result documenting the date, venue, grade, referee and participating Schools to 087 2520550 immediately after the game. Cooperation of each to ensure current and updated results are regularly posted on the website  

It is the responsibility of each school to ensure the correct current team contact person including email and mobile number are submitted on the registration/affiliation form along with the school email
Team list books are available from the office at €12 including postage                                                                                                                                                                                                      
Referees MUST submit report of each game officiated RULE 519

Semi-finals
WILL AND MUST be played in all grades AS DECIDED by the Committee failure to do so may entail elimination from the competition.
